First of all, I have always been a fan of Mediterranean/Spanish style homes with contemporary interiors. There is so much space (over 10,000 square feet!) and extra rooms to play around with, for example creating a large whole walk in closet room, a game room, home office, gym room - the list goes on! I mean, you definitely don't need 7 spare guests rooms. I also love the expansive, open floor plan that creates such a welcoming, airy feel to the home. 

White walls, black iron french doors and windows are a classic, timeless look in my opinion. It leaves a gorgeous blank canvas to work with in terms of furnishing and decorating with art! The huge kitchen island is also perfect for entertaining. 

The lot size of 0.31 acres is fairly reasonable for "The Flats" part of Beverly Hills, as you tend to sacrifice space for the convenience and walking distance to Rodeo Dr. Yes, you could potentially find properties further up in the hills for a similar price with much more land (possibly over an acre), however the fact that you could walk to Rodeo Dr in less than  5 minutes makes this area one of the most sought after and highly desirable parts of the 90210 area.
